TekSoft LabControl provides online management options for all the computers in your lab from one central location, and lets you view the state of your lab vith visual icons (realtime).

Just looking at the screen, you can see idle, used, running and closed computers at once:

Outstanding online management options.

LabControl gives the power in your hands. With built-in remote admin utility, you can use any computer in your lab just like you are sitting in front of that computer.

But this is just a start. With LabControl you can do any of the following operations on a computer in your lab by just right-clicking on that computer's icon:

• Transfer/receive files easily using LabControl's built-in Remote File Explorer.
• Restart/shutdown.
• View a list of running applications and close all or any running applications.
• Open chat window to a computer, send and receive messages.
• Get a screenshot, set IE homepage, run an application, set sond volume.
• Send a ping message, synchronize date and time.
• Reset IE homepage (if changed), clear IE history and recent documents menu. Clear IE cache, cookies and favorites information additionally if you want.
• Get detailed system information.
• Change computer policy using built-in handy policy editor: You can hide drives, disable downloads from internet, disable access to registry, system settings and many more with this handy utility. New policy information can be applied to all computers at once.
• View and change LabControl client software settings from the server side. If you want, you can apply new settings to all client computers at once.
• Wake-On-LAN : You can send WOL messages to any or all computers in your lab. MAC addresses of the computers are automatically recorded and updated.

 

Actions for all computers .

LabControl lets you do most of the above actions for all the computers in your lab at once if you want.

Lock-Unlock computers .

LabControl can lock a computer and a locked computer cannot be used until it is unlocked by LabControl Server.

If you want, you can make LabControl to remember locked computers. In this case, a locked computer will be automatically locked again even if it is restarted.

AutoShutdown .

LabControl client can be set for AutoShutdown. In this case, a computer which is idle for a specified minutes will be shutdown automatically.

Easy to setup, easy to use

LabControl is easy to setup and easy to use. Just setup client software to the computers you want to control, then run LabControl's built-in Network Scanner once, and you are ready to go!

All the computers are connected realtime, and no connect-disconnect is needed. Just right-click on an online computer, select an action from the popup menu and it is done.

Reliable, stable ...

LabControl is based on CafeMatic, which is our well tested and stable internet cafe software. Its advanced client-server architecture handles every possible exception and keeps you running all the time.

LabControl does not install and use any components like BDE, ActiveX, Visual Basic Runtime. Everything is included in the program itself; therefore, other program setups cannot alter its configuration. If you copy LabControl's program folder to another computer, LabControl starts to run on that computer.

Configurable, secure ...

LabControl has a wealthy set of configurable options and includes handy tools like network scanner. It uses password protected client-server communication with built-in IP filtering for security.

If you want, you can set LabControl client be invisible, which runs as a tray icon by default, assign an action for double-click on a computer's icon, change and tune all connection parameters according to your needs.

LabControl is ad-free, spyware-free. It only uses your local network, and it does not use your internet connection (absolutely not). No overhead on your network or on client computers.

NOTE : Both server and client may run efficiently on lower configurations (not tested).

LabControl is available for trial in "downloads" section. Trial version has all the features, but lets you control only the first five computers (actions for all computers are disabled).
